Major earthworks and infrastructure for resort style lakefront living.

CPS provided overall project management of this high-end, resort-style development located on the edge of Lake Wānaka which promotes the concept of isolated-living. CPS scope included overall Project Management and Head Contractor’s Representative for the development including provisions for on-site water and wastewater treatment and reticulation. We also managed overall physical works daily, coordinating earthworks and numerous subcontractors to construct each of the house sites, infrastructure, and internal access roads.
