CPS project-managed and built Safeguard Self-Storage Gisborne. The self-storage building has 163 units ranging in size from 4.5sqm to 21 sqm. The 17 larger work-and-store units come in 60sqm or 120sqm size suiting small businesses or self-employed workers who need storage space or a base to operate from. CPS carried out all the project management including drainage and pavement work. By using a dozen local contractors for the work it took just eight months from design to build.
